Unlike technicians in some other fields, a biotechnician must perform a wide array of technical tasks within the framework of federal regulations. The FDA, EPA, OSHA and other regulatory agencies may periodically evaluate your company’s compliance (including your on-the-job compliance) with published standards. Be certain you are aware of the federal regulations that apply to your particular job. If you have any questions about the regulations or your work practices, be sure to ask questions. |
